Dr. Dosunmu has been in private practice for over 15 years and is Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics (1994). She is an expert in travel medicine as well as adult and pediatric vaccine preventable diseases.

She was born in England, and raised in Nigeria, where she attended medical school. Her residency training was completed at the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, Newark, NJ. She maintains admitting privileges at St Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston, NJ and at the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, Newark, NJ.

Dr Dosunmu has worked for many years with the pharmaceutical industry in the field of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance and still continues to  consult. She is a member of the group of Pharmaceutical Physicians and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is the Founder and President of JourneyHealth -  Travel Health and Vaccine Clinics. She is married with three teenage children.
