Dr. Alla Boohoff is a fully licensed and Board Certified physician with more than 20 years of experience in health enhancement and disease prevention as well as acute, chronic, and terminal health conditions.

She believes that we all have natural healing tendencies and that her training and experience can enhance and help guide us to heal ourselves. She is one of only a few physicians who are Board Certified in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.

The goal of the Osteopathic Physician (D.O.) is to assist the body's natural ability to heal itself with all of the accepted medical treatments, including the hands-on approach in which they are additionally trained - Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT). Osteopathic Physicians can diagnose treat all conditions, perform surgery, and prescribe all medications.

Dr. Boohoff will provide a series of articles related to various medical conditions and their respective treatment by an Osteopathic Doctor.
